Dear Students and Parents,
Welcome to Northwestern Middle School. On behalf of our outstanding faculty and staff, I extend our best wishes to you for a successful 2010-2011 school year.
In our school handbook, you will find specific, detailed information concerning school policies and procedures. Students will be expected to follow the set policy as spelled out in this book.
Our staff believes every child has learning value and worth. Students learn best in an atmosphere of warmth and caring free of fear of criticism for making mistakes. An atmosphere where orderliness, well understood routine and clearly defined limits are an ongoing part of their daily lives.
Through the team effort of our parents, community, students, and staff, we will offer our students a highly successful learning experience.
